TEMPORARY NOTICE - We are facing some minor set back on our payment gateway with selected international cards. Some newly issued cards abroad isn’t in terms with RBI regulations in India which makes it not compatible on our payment gateway. This applies to selected cards that’s newly updated. Kindly try with another card if it’s not processing. 
If you still wish to place your order, please WhatsApp us along with your cart screenshot, we are taking payments through remittly,Xoom and Wise transfers.

KINDLY NOTE : Minimum order amount value for international shipping is 2000₹ , if your order amount is below this amount,you’ll not be able to proceed to complete the order on our website.

We are glad to announce that our payment gateway now accepts all major international cards . Please do let us know if you’re facing any issue using your particular international card, will be happy to help you out. 

 But if you are an international customer who wishes to make a 'non card payment'  and you would like to shop from House of Jhumkas,

Firstly, create a customer account, Continue to add your products to the cart and  choose your shipping method. Lastly , send us the screenshots of the entire cart that you wish to buy.. 

Once the screenshots are taken, Kindly send them to via WhatsApp (  +91 866-8151225 ) immediately to receive information regarding the payment details.

And once the payment is made and received by us, we will mail you the invoice which is an order confirmation mail showing you the proof of items booked and we shall proceed to shipping accordingly.

Please note that products are subject to availability, and products are only booked once we receive the payment. The products can be reserved for a short period of 5 hours for the payment to be processed. If you require more time due to personal reasons, please communicate with us in advance so we can hold on to your products a little longer...

More time is required if your order contains products that are from our pre booking collection which are made to do. As we will have to make the product from scratch once we receive your order. For more details - refer to our Shipping and delivery policy at the bottom of our website.

3. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We take utmost care while packaging all our international orders  and we would like to promise you that your satisfaction is our happiness, however in case of any unfortunate circumstances like transit damages, We would like to offer our International clients, options of Refund or replacement, provided you are able to return the product back to us. We are certainly not expecting you to ship the item back, that would be expensive and unsafe. This return window isn’t time sensitive , one can send the product back to us whenever you or any acquaintance of yours is flying to India, and once it reaches India, kindly provide us with a local address, we will arrange pick up and once the product reaches us, we then proceed to refund or replacement accordingly . 


Delivery / Transit period :  5 to 7 days depending upon each country and its custom clearance.

Special offers and discount codes aren’t applicable on international orders that requires shipping outside India and can be applicable if the payment is done outside the website but shipping is to a local address in India . 

  • Express shipping is currently not possible due to covid, delay in domestic courier movement and due to limited international flights from India, the processing time is delayed by 5-6 days. We are trying our best to ship out items as fast as possible.
  • Please do not order if it’s time sensitive and it’s close to any important date as we don’t want to take any additional stress. Please order if you’ve an atleast 10-15 days window to be flexible. International cargo movement is extremely unpredictable and we cannot predict if there’s gonna be any delay with flights or custom regulations.
